Terminal White Blossom is a 1/6 scale resin figure depicting the Bloom ending of Saya no Uta. I love it, and she's so big!! The composition is beautifully balanced, and even her silhouette and back view are super pretty, her hair is so perfectly sculpted that it looks good at all angles. I really do love the contrast between the shiny wings and glossy base (I unboxed it and thought wow that looks like a giant period blood clot... sorry...) with the matte, painterly look of the vines and flowers.

She's absolutely gorgeous in natural sunlight, but under my camera's flash, her wings reveal an iridescent finish, revealing shades of not just leaf green, but emerald, turquoise, and cerulean... I love the red shading around her eyelids. Looking closely at her face, the eyelids are subtly sculpted with a raised ridge.

Two little postcards and an acrylic stand were included in the box. Looking at what I assume is the concept art on the acrylic stand, you can see how her design has changed throughout production. But... the forlorn expression of the prototype and the eyebags paired with the paler, cooler palette were a lot more fitting for Saya, and while I was a bit disappointed when the finished look of the figure was revealed on release, I can't imagine her looking even better than she does in real life!
