if you own a domain (url), you can create a subdomain by adding a new DNS record wherever you manage your domain, then point that subdomain to neocities/nekoweb's servers. it might be different depending on how you host your website but i believe there are tutorials online (took me longer than it should've to figure out domains.......;_;)
I really like the layout of your homepage (and also all of your other pages)! The homepage specifically just feels so cozy, clean, and compact. Super cool!!!

I really like your new drawing... I am quite a big fan of haibane renmei personally and I love how you managed to make your self insertable character mesh so well with the show. I can imagine your haibane interacting with others in old home perfectly... knitting koo a new winged hat while telling him how birds are able to fly.. telling kana how to keep field mice out of the bell tower without hurting them... please keep up the good work and keep drawing!!
