This is such a lovely site to explore ❤︎ the sections with music players are especially perfect; everything feels so elegantly built and thoughtfully put together. I'm an informatics girly who grew up with Geocities! I've been revisiting your website for a while now, and I really love how many little layers of yourself you seem to reveal through it.
I'm fond of how you manage to make the site feel both edgy and gothy, whilst still being incredibly cute. The darker aesthetic could easily come across as intimidating, but all of the girly, adorable little details make it feel much softer and melancholic. Do you think your fondness for the goth aesthetic reflects your actual disposition, or is it simply an aesthetic you enjoy? I'm left wondering if you're truly as gloomy as the site suggests, or if you're secretly much cheerier than you let on. XOXO

thank you, reminded me to explore geocities archives later! ...i think the aspects that i dont really align with are "cool" or edgy, like my music page... i do like edgy things, but its more how i like to present myself on the outside, rather than how i am in reality. i think the other gothic elements are more sensitive/melancholic than edgy but edgy cancels out the cute ones

im uncultured.. i dont really watch movies as much as i should... i wanna get into them more!! my favorites are probably david lynch's mullholand drive and blue velvet, really like psychological & surrealist stuff... but... i end up mostly watching kids movies lol... ive probably rewatched zootopia.. alpha & omega.. coraline.. like 10 times... ;_; i dont like watching scary/serious movies alone. uncharacteristic for me idk...
